I used half a pot of this paste to make a chicken curry and the other half to marinate chicken fillets which I then griddled and served with flatbread and salad. Both dishes tasted wonderful and I can’t wait to try out the other flavours I have in the cupboard.

Brilliant sauce. Good for those of us who can’t handle the stronger stuff.
Slow cooker- lamb chunks, carrots roughly chopped, new potatoes halved, can of coconut milk, tin of tomatoes, a bit of stock (if needed) and a jar of MASAK MERAH PASTE. 10 minutes prep. 4 hours on high.
